Dr. George Botrous, MD, CCFP 


Dr. Botrous received his family medicine training from The University of Manitoba in 2013. Upon completion of his training, Dr. Botrous practiced at Flin Flon Clinic and Hospital in Northern Manitoba where he was primarily in the setting of outpatient family practice. He also practiced as a hospitalist, surgical assistant and on-call physician for the hemodialysis unit.

Dr. Botrous has had additional training to become a family practitioner oncologist to monitor chemotherapy treatment and provide generalized care for cancer patients. Dr. Botrous welcomes patients of all ages to his practice. He is looking forward to assisting you in achieving your short-term and long-term health care goals. 


John Hyun, DPT, ADP Authorizer

Registered Physiotherapist

John is a registered physiotherapist on Ontario and completed his Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy at D'Youville College in Buffalo, New York in 2012. Before attending the DPT program, John attended McMaster University and graduated with an Honours Bachelor Degree of Science in Kinesiology. To date, John has completed post-graduate manual therapy courses from the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy and is a certified Bone Fit trainer from Osteoporosis Canada. He is also qualified as an Assisted Devices Program (ADP) Authorizer by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term care.

John has worked in a variety of settings focusing on orthopedics, geriatrics and neurological conditions. He has worked extensively in outpatient settings including the Canadian Forces Base and is actively working in home care services via CCAC. 

John's primary focus is on providing hands on manual therapy. He is also experienced in applying acupuncture, kinesio-taping and manual techniques for various populations with orthopedic injuries. His aim is to provide patient-centered care resulting in the highest level of physical therapy for his patients. 

Dr. Christopher Lem, MD, CCFP 


Dr. Christopher Lem attended medical school at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and later went on to complete his residency in family medicine at the University of Toronto. He has practiced in a variety of different settings across Ontario with a special interest in rural and community medicine. Dr. Lem focuses heavily on preventative care, teaching and office-based procedures.

Dr. Kinsey Lam, MD, CCFP 


Dr. Kinsey Lam received her Honours Bachelor of Science in Anatomy and Physiology at McGill University. She graduated from the Medical School of University of Toronto, and continued to pursue her family medicine training at Queen's University. 

Dr. Lam strives to provide comprehensive care for her patients and develop a doctor - patient relationship based on trust, respect and communication. Her goal to is to work with patients to promote a healthy life style and prevent disease in the future. Dr. Lam enjoys working with a diverse patient population of all ages and backgrounds.

Dr. Susan Ngo, MBBS, CCFP

Dr. Susan Ngo received her Honours Bachelor of Science in Physiology at the University of Toronto.  Dr. Ngo attended medical school at the University of Queensland in Australia.  After graduation, she pursued her family medicine training at McMaster University and obtained her CCFP in 2013.  Subsequently, she pursued additional training in the Care of the Elderly at Queen’s University and received her Certificate of Added Competency.

Dr. Ngo believes that good medicine involves a partnership between the doctor and the patient.   She looks forward to working with you and your family on your health care goals. She is currently accepting patients in all age ranges and will also be accepting geriatric consultations.
